Beth Sprague – SomosGov, Inc – Beth Sprague currently serves as the Senior Director of Reassigned Number Database (RND) Administration for SomosGov, Inc. In her current role, she is responsible for ensuring service providers can report their disconnected telephone numbers in accordance with the FCC mandate, as well as managing the continued operation and evolution of the database, all while protecting consumers from receiving unwanted texts and calls. Prior to SomosGov, Inc., Beth worked for NANPA where she was instrumental in improving numbering best practices to extend the life of the NANP to benefit the telecommunications industry and ensuring the supply of telephone numbers in North America.
Mitch Roth – Roth Jackson, Founding member and CEO of Roth Jackson, Mitch is nationally recognized for his expertise in state and federal direct marketing laws. He advises clients on compliant marketing strategies across telemarketing, email, fax, direct mail, and internet platforms, and defends them in TCPA class actions and regulatory enforcement by the FTC and state AGs. He works with national trade associations and frequently lectures on direct marketing law.
Stefan Dunigan – Gryphon.ai, Stefan Dunigan currently serves at the Vice President of Field Operations at Gryphon.ai, with nearly 30 years of experience in communications and other networks, seamless interoperability between complex technology platforms, and sales engineering. Mr. Dunigan is responsible for the operational strategy and performance of Gryphon’s field operations and the management and execution of key initiatives that drive revenue objectives and growth opportunities. He oversees the sales engineering team and helps develop, implement, and enforce strategies to technologically support internal go-to-market teams, complex clients and prospects, and other mission critical partnerships crucial to Gryphon’s growth and success. This includes alignment with the company’s overarching goals and strategic direction, championing a customer- and partner-centric approach, and emphasizing subject matter expertise, responsiveness, accuracy, and overall satisfaction.
Mark Silver – Dentons US LLP, Mark Silver’s practice involves all aspects of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on class actions brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and related state and federal statutes. Based in Atlanta, Mark has assisted start-up companies to Fortune 100 companies with class action litigation and compliance. Mark also advises businesses on other consumer protection matters, including in matters before federal and state regulatory agencies.
