Fred Stacey: Fred is a 29+ year contact center veteran. Starting as an agent on the phones, he quickly rose to leadership where he helped multiple companies set up new call centers and recover failing centers around the US.
In the early 2000s he was pulled into the contact center technology side of the business where he has spent the past 20+ years in multiple executive level roles. In his time, he has built and ran training & engineering programs along with running sales and marketing both domestically and internationally for multiple technology firms.
With his experience as a user, a buyer, and an operator of contact center related technologies and services, Fred brings a unique perspective as a thought leader in the contact center and customer experience space.
Fred is currently the CEO of Cloud Tech Gurus which is a unique Technology Services Distributor serving the contact center market. Michele Shuster: Michele Shuster is the Managing Partner at Mac Murray & Shuster and former Chief of the Ohio Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Section. Bringing more than two decades of experience in the consumer protection arena, she advises highly regulated businesses on a wide range of marketing and advertising, privacy, and other consumer protection matters. Michele regularly represents clients in matters before the FCC, FTC, and state attorneys general, conducts regulatory compliance audits, and provides defense in government enforcement actions.
